We are experts in our field and our clients call us for a precise and accurate analysis, and for our recommendations and advice.
Our job is then to create a tailor-made program.
All of our programs are developed to meet the expectations of our customer and all trip participants – right down to the smallest details. While our arrangements take into account the availability of suppliers and the program budget, that doesn’t stop us from being creative, imaginative and fun.
We operate the program endorsed by our client partner, so that the journey is fluid, enriching, entertaining and relaxing. We build memories, and they must be the most wonderful possible. We are organized for that.
Our job is made up of choices and inspiration.
We are picky in selecting the best products to satisfy travelers. This is fundamental and cannot be improvised. We select our supplier partners one by one, for the originality and quality of their products, but also for their ability to adapt to our specific needs and for their absolute sense of customer service.
Our job is also to manage finances.
We must buy and sell at the best price. It is a precise balance we must achieve each time. We need to be competitive and offer optimal value for money. At the same time, we must maintain our own financial security to reassure our customers and partners of our viability and sustainability.
Finally, our job is to be a headhunter.
We research, evaluate, select and recruit the best tour guides on the market. We often train new guides on our standards and our philosophy of tourism and service. By providing exceptional and meaningful interactions with the participants of a trip, in accordance with our values, the guide is one of the essential elements of the success of our travel programs.
